Vasakronan launch mobile application!
Swedish real estate giant Vasakronan have launched a mobile application for their tenants. The application named Hyresgästinfo launched in February for both Android and iPhone.
The application gives the tenants the opportunity to contact customer service or their contact at all times. The users of the application can also report faults in the properties, read up on news regarding the buildings and other information that might come in handy.
- We’ve been offering Hyresgästinfo on the web for quite some time now and felt that its information in combination with the flexible ways of contact that a smartphone provides were perfect building blocks for an application that would be of good use to our clients, says Peter Östman, head of communications at Vasakronan.
Britny have created the application together with Frontcell.
